2. Service Usage & Payments
Paid Plans & Credits
We offer paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs to access certain features.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through our third-party provider, DodoPayments. We do not store your full credit card information.
Refunds
All sales are final. Since we offer digital goods and services that are irrevocably consumed, we do not generally offer refunds, except as required by law or at our sole discretion via DodoPayments' dispute resolution and refund policies.
3. User Content & AI Ownership
Your Uploads
You retain full ownership rights to the images you upload to the Service.
Our Rights
By uploading content, you grant ProductAura a limited license to process the content for the purpose of generating results. We may also use anonymized or unidentifiable data to improve our Service or models in the future.
AI Output Ownership
You own the AI-generated images created by the Service. You are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or share content that includes:
- Illegal content or depictions of violence
- Sexual or pornographic material (strict zero-tolerance policy)
- Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to use
- Violent, harmful, or dangerous content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We allow automated bots or scrapers, provided they do not disrupt the Service.
5. Service Changes & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or third-party provider outages. We are not liable for any such interruptions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Data Storage & Privacy
Your generated images are stored to allow you to access them. You are responsible for managing and deleting your own content.
We use Firebase and other tools that may automatically log analytics data such as usage timestamps and IP addresses.

- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will be accurate, flawless, or suitable for your specific needs.
- You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
