ProductAura offers AI-powered product photo generation services through subscription plans and credit-based purchases. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for these digital services.
All payments are processed securely through DodoPayments, our payment processor. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this policy and applicable laws, as well as DodoPayments' refund policies.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are generally not provided, as the service is available immediately upon payment.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions
We may consider refunds for subscription payments in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period (more than 48 hours) and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
- Unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to verification)

3. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
Credit Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases that provide tokens for generating product images. Credits are consumed immediately upon use.
- Once credits are purchased, they are added to your account balance immediately.
- Credits are consumed when you generate images, and this consumption is irreversible.
- Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.
Refund Eligibility for Credits
Refunds for credit purchases are generally not available, except in the following cases:
- Technical errors that prevented credit delivery to your account
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. Digital Service Nature
ProductAura provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon payment. This includes access to AI image generation tools, subscription features, and credit tokens.
Due to the immediate and consumable nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once services have been accessed or credits have been used.
This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital goods and SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Transaction ID or invoice number (available in your account or from DodoPayments)
- Date of purchase

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through DodoPayments and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. DodoPayments Payment Processing
All payments are processed through DodoPayments, our authorized payment processor. DodoPayments handles payment processing, subscription management, and refund processing on our behalf.
When a refund is approved, DodoPayments will process the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction, in accordance with their refund policies.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refunds in cases such as:

- Other circumstances at our sole discretion

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated.

If a chargeback is filed, we may provide transaction records and account activity to your financial institution as part of the dispute process.

Continued use of ProductAura after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
